Making a purchase
Placing an order could not be easier; choose artwork either from our „Gallery“ or „Create your own“. Once you finished the selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details enabling us to complete the order. After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. The creating, framing and packaging process takes place after your payment is received. Your order constitutes an offer to us to create and purchase a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail which confirms the Product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
We will normally create individual orders within 5 business days and send your order to you within 3-6 business days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Price and Payment
The price of the Products and our delivery charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time. Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
For individually created artwork, artwork from gallery and gift coupons these types of payments are accepted: via WorldPay and by MasterCard, VISA, Maestro, JCB credit cards, via Pay Pal or via bank transfer.

We guarantee your satisfaction here at Aqua Lingua. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you can return your order within 7 working days. Please note that you are able to return the voice pictures from the „Gallery“ only. „Indivually created“ orders are non returnable.
You can of course cancel your order at any time during the ordering process up until your payment has been accepted. Once payment has been accepted the order will be deemed to be a binding contract and the terms for return listed above will need to be adhered to. Privacy Policy
Aqua Lingua does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

The images used on the Aqua Lingua website are the property of Aqua Lingua. All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to Aqua Lingua are vested in Aqua Lingua where appropriate. You must not reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner, whatsoever.
Individuall artwork is created by applying the patented technlogy of converting durable sound into a single image. The copyright of the artwork is shared by the two parties without rights to reproduce in any form or by any means.
Shipping
Shipping is free for digital gift coupons. Artwork or print is shipped by UPS (www.ups.com) courier in a sturdy package or tube. Usually it takes from 3-6 business days in UK. Addresses are printed off directly from the address supplied from your Pay Pal or your order e-mail to us.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance.
Because of the nature of custom creation no refunds will be offered for individually created artwork.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return „artwork ordered from the gallery“ within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if product is faulty.
Artwork damaged in the mail can be replaced after sending photos within 7 days of receipt and informing of returning. Buyer pays return shipping costs.
All artwork and gift coupons are not exchangeable into money. The buyer prepays if the ordered artwork price is bigger than gift coupon’s price. The money is not returned if the ordered artwork is cheaper, but the client can use the difference for the next order.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
